How to make a claim:
In the event your vehicle experiences a mechanical failure or breakdown, contact us prior to arranging any repair work, on 0800 JANSSEN (0800 526 7736)
Our team will guide you through the claim approval process. We’ll either find the right repairer for your needs, or work with the repairer of your choice, making sure your car is repaired to the best possible standard.
We will keep you updated with your claim through text message updates and a live online link providing a network between you, the repairer and us.
If you have a problem with your vehicle that is not claim related, we can still assist you through our network of approved repairers New Zealand wide.
